Kapil Chousalkar

Professor Kapil Chousalkar is a faculty member at the School of Animal and Veterinary Science, University of Adelaide. His research focuses on microbiology, food safety, and poultry health, with an emphasis on understanding zoonotic diseases through multidisciplinary approaches including genomics, molecular biology, epidemiology, and field studies. He is eligible to supervise Masters and PhD students.
