Kaiti Pahl is an instructor and preceptor in the Health & Human Performance Department at Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU), where she has worked since 2014. She currently oversees sports medicine for volleyball and men's basketball, previously managing track & field and swimming teams. She played a key role in maintaining athlete health during the pandemic, earning NWU's CORE Award in 2021.

- Master's Degree in Psychology-Sport Psychology (California Southern University, 2016)
Her research and professional interests focus on athletic training, sports medicine, and sport psychology applications in collegiate athletics. She contributes to both academic instruction and practical training through her roles.

Pahl's responsibilities have evolved from graduate assistant to full-time assistant athletic trainer, with ongoing contributions to student-athlete well-being and academic mentorship in NWU's Athletic Training Program.
