Kadri Kangro is a doctoral student at Tallinn University (School of Governance, Law and Society) researching social hackathons as tools for co-creation in public services. She holds a visiting lecturer position at the University of Tartu's Institute of Social Studies and is a project researcher at the University of Eastern Finland.
