Kadi Kass is a Junior Research Fellow at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Social Sciences, affiliated with the Institute of Social Studies. She holds a Master's degree in Community Development and Social Well-being (cum laude) and is currently pursuing a PhD under the supervision of Dagmar Narusson, focusing on the intersections and adaptation needs of individuals with mental health challenges in communities. Her research interests center on mental health, community development, social well-being, and social problems. Her administrative roles include secretary of the Learned Estonian Society and coordinator for community development initiatives.
