Kadi Reintam is a Junior Research Fellow in Clinical Psychology at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Social Sciences, Institute of Psychology. She also serves as an Advisor at Estonia's Ministry of Social Affairs since 2023, and previously worked as a Project Manager at the National Institute for Health Development (2021-2023).

Her research focuses on developmental trajectories of disordered eating in adolescents, comorbidity patterns of eating disorders, and associations with obesity. She investigates psychological profiles of bariatric patients and integrates physical activity/nutrition into clinical frameworks.
Notable awards include: 1st prize in national student research competitions (2021, 2023) and the Reet Montonen Memorial Scholarship (2023). Her recent publications examine gender-specific eating disorder trajectories and national health recommendations.
