Dagmar Narusson is a Lecturer (0.5 part-time) in Community Work and Research Fellow (0.5 part-time) in Social Innovation at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Social Sciences, Institute of Social Studies. Her research focuses on community development, mental health recovery, and open dialogue approaches. She holds a Doctorate in Sociology (2019) and has extensive administrative roles including Programme Director and Board memberships in Estonian Open Dialogue Association and The CARe Network.
