Jérôme Blanc is a Professor of Economics at Sciences Po Lyon, where he has been affiliated since 1999. He earned his doctorate in economics from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 1998 and obtained accreditation to direct research in 2009. His research focuses on the plurality of monetary forms and practices, approached through socioeconomic and historical perspectives.
