Justo Manrique

Dr. Justo Manrique is a Professor in the Department of Finance, Information Systems, Economics, and Risk Management at the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD), where he has taught since 2002. He previously served as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies (2014–Present), Department Chair (2009–2014), and held interim leadership roles.
