Justin Low is an Associate Professor and Department Chair for Counseling and School Psychology at the University of the Pacific, Stockton campus. He is affiliated with the College of the Pacific.
- Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin (2010)
- M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin (2008)
- B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University (2003)
His research focuses on the developmental interplay of cognition, behavior, and social interaction in children, particularly how these factors influence academic achievement and behavior problems in adolescence and young adulthood. His work includes psychometric studies on intelligence testing and non-experimental analyses of cognitive ability's impact on behavior.
