Justin Kee is an Instructor in Philosophy and Politics at Lake Forest College. He holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University. His research focuses on intersections of technology and law, including AI ethics, cybercrime, free speech, and the historical development of computing technologies.
Teaching responsibilities include courses like 'Digital Dawn: Humanity, Cyberspace and AI' (FIYS189), 'The Humanist Ethics of AI' (PHIL222), and 'War in the Age of Intelligent Machines' (POLS276). Kee has presented at academic conferences, including a 2024 talk on open-source large language models at the Chicago Chapter of the American Statistical Association Conference.
