Justin Fraser

Dr. Justin F. Fraser is a tenured Associate Professor of Cerebrovascular, Endovascular, and Skull Base Surgery at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He serves as Vice Chair of Neurosurgery, Director of Cerebrovascular Surgery, and CAST Endovascular Fellowship Director, specializing in stroke, carotid stenosis, aneurysms, and skull base tumors. His academic contributions span clinical trials (SAVER-I, STABILISER, PREMIER, FEAT) and leadership in the Standards and Guidelines Committee for the Society for Neurointerventional Surgery.
