Justin Castro is a Professor of History and Graduate Program Director at Arkansas State University's College of Liberal Arts and Communication. Holding a Ph.D. in History from the University of Oklahoma (2013), he specializes in the intersections of technology, engineering, and societal development in Latin America, particularly Mexico.
