Juliette Passer is a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Stony Brook University. She holds a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York University). Her expertise spans international law, sustainable development, and multilateral diplomacy, with extensive experience advising governments, NGOs, and multinational entities on cross-border projects in regions including Eastern/Western Europe, Russia, China, Turkey, and Panama. She is a Founding Board Member of the International Center of Transport Diplomacy, a UN Type II NGO focused on digitizing global supply chains for sustainable trade.
