Julie R. Horwitz

Dr. Julie R. Horwitz is a Professor in the Department of Educational Studies at the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development, Rhode Island College (RIC). She is the director of the Middle Level Education and Advanced Studies in Teaching and Learning Master's programs and coordinates the partnership with Central Falls School District. Her career spans over a decade at Western New Mexico University (WNMU) and now at RIC, where she has held leadership roles in teacher education and program coordination.
