Dr. Julie Morgan is a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice at the School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, University of Bradford. She earned her PhD in 2001 with a thesis titled "The Role of the Practice Pharmacist in the Promotion of Evidence Based Prescribing."
- Research Interests: Medicines optimisation, Medicines safety, and Pharmacy education.
- Professional Collaborations: Bradford Institute for Health Research (BIHR) and NHS Trusts including Sheffield, Leeds, and Belfast Hospitals.
- Teaching Expertise: Pharmacy practice, therapeutics, consultation skills, clinical governance, clinical audit, medicines optimisation, and patient safety.
- Supervision: Supervised ~65 pharmacy undergraduates, 6 MSc students, and 8 doctoral students (1 PhD, 2 DPharm).
- Academic Activities: Involved in professional committees and associations.
