Julie Lovegrove is the Hugh Sinclair Chair in Human Nutrition at the University of Reading, leading the Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition. She chairs multiple committees, including the University Research Ethics Committee and the School of Chemistry Food and Pharmacy Research Ethics Committee. Her research focuses on diet’s role in preventing cardiometabolic diseases, emphasizing dietary fats, plant phytochemicals, and personalized nutrition.
