Dr. Julie Li-Yueh Huan is an Associate Professor in the Strategy and Policy Department at the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. She holds an LLM from Columbia University and an LLB (2nd Class Honours) from NUS, and is a qualified lawyer with the New York Bar and Singapore Bar.
