Julie Heffernan is a Teaching Professor at the University of Oregon's College of Education, where she serves as the Graduate Program and Licensure Director for the UOTeach teacher licensing program. Her work focuses on anti-oppressive and culturally responsive curriculum, teacher identity development, and gender/sexuality studies in education.
