Julianne Hall is Professor of Medical Sciences at Quinnipiac University's Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine, where she teaches Systems Physiology, Cardio-Renal Pathology, and Medical Pharmacology to medical students since joining in 2016. She chairs the Problem-Based Learning Committee and co-directs the Year 1 Gastrointestinal-Endocrine-Genitourinary-Reproduction curricular block while serving as an active student advisor and mentor.
Education:
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Cancer Biology from Duke University Medical Center
- Postdoctoral training at National Institutes of Health (NIH) with Pharmacology Research Associates Training Fellowship
Her research focuses on nuclear hormone receptors and environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals' physiological impacts, with over 35 peer-reviewed publications. She currently serves as co-editor of Berne & Levy Physiology 9th Edition after previously co-assisting the 8th Edition.

Dr. Hall actively mentors students through capstone projects and serves on multiple national and institutional committees, maintaining her office in the Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences building (MNH307).
