Julian Arato is a Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, where he holds multiple leadership positions: Faculty Director of the SJD Program, Faculty Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law, and Director of the Program on Law and the Global Economy, which he founded. His research spans public international law, international economic law, private law theory, and international arbitration.
