Prof. Julia Perić is a full-time Professor and Head of the Department of Management, Organization and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Business (EFOS), part of the J. J. Strossmayer University of Osijek. She has been affiliated with EFOS since 2004, contributing to research, EU projects, and academic leadership. Her career includes roles as an employment consultant at Croatian Employment Services and a marketing manager at Flatcher d.o.o.
- Research & Engagement: Member of CEPOR (Center for Policy of SMEs & Entrepreneurship) and the Alumni Association of EFOS. Leads the Legal and Economic Clinic, supporting SMEs via student-professional collaboration.
- Community Initiatives: Founder of EFOS's Volunteer Program (2009) and coordinator of the Council for Quality Marks for Volunteer Centers (since 2018). Integrates community work into curricula to promote civic responsibility.
Research Focus: Publishes extensively on entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, business ethics, and volunteering, with over 40 scientific papers, an editorial book, and a textbook in these domains.
