Julia Lawton is Professor of Health & Social Science at the Usher Institute, University of Edinburgh, where she leads the Edinburgh Qualitative Health Research Group (EQual). Her work focuses on improving healthcare delivery through qualitative research, particularly in chronic condition self-management and health inequalities.
