Julia L. Melin is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College. Her research focuses on gender inequality in organizational practices, career transitions, and the design of equitable systems using mixed-methods, experiments, and large-scale interventions. She holds a PhD from Stanford University (2023), an MA from Stanford (2019), and a BA from Swarthmore College (2013).
