Julia Hope is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. She specializes in children's literature, refugee education, and ESOL teaching, with particular expertise in family learning programs for refugee communities. Her academic career spans over two decades, combining primary school teaching experience in London and Zimbabwe with academic roles.
