Julia H. Binder (M.Sc.) is a doctoral fellow at the Heinrich Böll Foundation and an active researcher in the Institute of Landscape Ecology at the University of Münster. She co-initiated the agroforst-monitoring citizen science research network and contributes to the Social-Ecological Transformation cluster.

Research Interests focus on the ecology of modern agroforestry systems, method development for citizen science, and participatory network research in agricultural transformation.
