Julia Fleischer is a Professor in the Department of Government at the University of Bergen. Her research focuses on comparative public administration, executive-legislative relations, and policy coordination across European governments, particularly in crisis management contexts. She serves as Principal Investigator for the SOG-PRO project (DFG-funded) and contributes to COCAL and GOVCAP initiatives analyzing policy changes and security governance.
