Julia Björverud is a Doctoral student and Researcher at the Department of Law, Lund University. She holds Researcher positions in both Public Law and Legal History. Her work focuses on the Swedish principle of public access to official records, examining its development since 1766 through the Freedom of the Press Act, with a Nordic comparative perspective.
