Mathilda Tarandi is a Doctoral Student and Researcher at the Department of Law, Lund University. She holds Researcher roles in the areas of Law and Vulnerabilities and Legal History. Her work focuses on historical legal transformations, particularly regarding criminal law reforms in Sweden.
Research Projects:
- Rättens historia i Sverige (2021–present): Investigates the historical development of Swedish law.
- Konturer i förändring (2019–2024): Examines the decriminalization of abortion in Sweden from 1734–1974, analyzing legal reinterpretations and societal shifts.
