Jude C. Hays

Professor Jude C. Hays is a faculty member in the Department of Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh, part of the Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences. He holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota (2000) and a BA from the University of Nebraska (1993). His research focuses on the intersection of domestic politics and the international economy, including studies on fiscal policy, globalization, and right-wing populism. Methodologically, he specializes in spatial econometrics and interdependent duration analysis.
