Juan Manuel Jimenez

Joan Manuel Trayter Jiménez is a Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Girona, specializing in urban planning, environmental law, and public administration. He holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Barcelona with the highest academic distinction and a diploma in Advanced European Studies from the Centre Europeen Universitaire Nancy II, France.

He has served as Vice President of the Catalan Sports Tribunal and President of the Forced Expropriation Jury of Catalonia, alongside academic roles at institutions including the European University Institute (Florence) and the University of León (Nicaragua).
