Gemma Geis i Carreras

Dr. Gemma Geis i Carreras is an Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Girona, specializing in urban planning and environmental law. Her research bridges traditional legal frameworks with emerging challenges in smart cities and gender-based violence response.
