Juan Jimenez is a Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS). He holds a Master's in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard University and a Master's in Infrastructure Development and Financing from University College London. His career includes high-ranking roles in the Dominican Republic's government, such as Minister of Economy, Planning and Development, Vice Minister of the Presidency, and Deputy Director of Foreign Exchange Affairs at the Central Bank. He has led major development projects including public-private alliances, infrastructure plans, social security reform, and educational reform. Internationally, he has advised governments in Guatemala, Ethiopia, Azerbaijan, and the Dominican Republic.
