Dr. Juan Feng is a Lecturer in Public Relations at RMIT University’s School of Media & Communication. She holds a PhD in Media and Communication from RMIT and a Master’s in Communication Studies from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in teaching advertising, public relations, and digital media, emphasizing hands-on, project-based learning.
Her research focuses on nation branding, place branding, sports communication, and public relations. Notably, she explores how digital media and social platforms influence brand authenticity and stakeholder engagement in national and cultural narratives. She has published in high-impact journals like Public Relations Review and European Journal of Cultural Studies, and presented at conferences such as the International Communication Association (ICA) and IAMCR.
