Jozef Vander Sloten is a Full Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Sciences, KU Leuven. He leads the Biomechanics Division and multiple subdivisions, while serving as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Head of the Faculty of Engineering Services.
