Mr Joyman Lee is a researcher at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in the Faculty of Law. He is a private lawyer and comparative scholar, focusing on the intersection of common law and civil law systems in Asia-Pacific countries such as Japan and Taiwan. His work also explores the influence of non-European legal systems on modern property law, including in French-speaking African nations.
