Joyce Chivunga is a Lecturer in Energy Sciences at the Malawi University of Science and Technology since December 2016. She also serves as Vice President of the Renewable Energy Industries Association of Malawi (REIAMA). Her academic journey includes a BSc in Renewable Energy Technologies (First Class) from Mzuzu University (2015) and an MSc in Electrical Engineering (4.0 GPA) from Oklahoma State University (2018), supported by Fulbright and International Peace Scholarships. She transitioned from the sugar industry into academia, focusing on energy systems and renewable technologies.
