Joshua Peters

Joshua Peters is a Researcher in the Department of Management Science at the University of Strathclyde, specializing in risk interdependencies under climate change. His work develops models to inform practical applications such as enhancing search and rescue operations and mitigating climate impacts on water resources.

Research Interests: Climate change impacts on ecosystems, decision-making tools for risk management, and vulnerability assessments of water resources. His fieldwork spans Belize, Tanzania, Fiji, and the Maldives.

• EPSRC IAA: SEPA Secondment (2022–2026): Focuses on water scarcity reporting and policy interventions.
• Global Environmental Monitoring and Policy (GEMaP) CDT (2019–2024): Quantifies climate change risks to Scottish water resources and develops policy tools.
