Joshua Barnett

Dr. Joshua Barnett serves as an Adjunct Professor in Health Services Administration at the University of South Florida, leveraging 14+ years of public health administration experience including roles as county health administrator for Manatee and Pinellas counties and CEO of a federally qualified health center in Clearwater, FL.

His educational background includes:

• B.S. in Psychology, Florida State University
