Joseph Reisert is the Harriet S. Wiswell and George C. Wiswell Jr. Professor of American Constitutional Law at Colby College, where he serves as Chair of the Government Department and the Social Sciences Division. He holds a Ph.D. and A.M. from Harvard University and a summa cum laude A.B. from Princeton University.
