Thomas H. Lee is the Leitner Family Professor of International Law at Fordham Law School, part of Fordham University. He holds a PhD (ABD) in Government from Harvard University and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School. His expertise spans constitutional law, international law, national security, legal history, and U.S. Supreme Court studies. Currently serves as Co-Director of the Center on Asian Americans and the Law, Special Counsel at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, and Member of the American Law Institute. Previously held roles as Special Counsel to the U.S. Department of Defense General Counsel, ICSID Conciliator, and visiting professor at Columbia, Harvard, and University of Virginia Law Schools. His research focuses on constitutional adjudication, transnational legal frameworks, and historical interpretations of sovereignty.

Active in symposia examining civil rights issues and legal history reenactments.
