Joseph Kiff is a Research Fellow at the University of Bedfordshire's Institute of Applied Social Research (IASR), specializing in child welfare and systemic social challenges. He currently investigates racial disparities in youth justice system diversion as part of a Nuffield Foundation-funded project (2023-2024). Previously, he contributed to the Department for Education's Tackling Child Exploitation Support Programme, producing nationally recognized practice principles for multi-agency responses to child exploitation.

Research Focus: Combines quantitative and qualitative methods to address child abuse/exploitation dynamics, migration's socio-economic impacts, and systems thinking for complex social issues.
