Joseph D. Hegger

Joseph D. Hegger is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Finance Department at the University of Missouri's Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. He previously spent 19 years in the commercial real estate industry, serving as Principal and Senior Vice President at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis, where he led the Corporate Operations Group and managed the Real Estate Management Services Group, the largest third-party provider in the Central U.S. He holds a BSBA from the University of Missouri and maintains strong ties to the institution through roles on the Crosby MBA Program Advisory Board and the college’s Strategic Planning Team.

Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Missouri. His professional contributions were recognized with the college’s highest honor, the Alumni Citation of Merit in 2006. Hegger and his wife, Stacey (also an MU graduate), are members of the college’s Davenport Society.
