Jos van Loon is a visiting professor at the Department of Special Needs Education, Ghent University, and senior research staff at Arduin (Netherlands). With over 37 years of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities, he focuses on deinstitutionalization, quality of life, and evidence-based practices.
