Prof. Jos Arts is a Professor at the Faculty of Spatial Sciences and affiliated with the Urban and Regional Studies Institute at the University of Groningen. His research focuses on sustainable development, transport infrastructure, land-use planning, and environmental impact assessment. He has contributed to over 229 publications, including articles on co-creation in spatial planning, network governance, and infrastructure policy integration.
