Jordi Fairhurst Chilton

Jordi Fairhurst Chilton is an Assistant Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), with postdoctoral experience at the University of Cologne (2022), KU Leuven (2022-2023), and UIB (2023-2024). His research bridges metaethics, epistemology, and Wittgensteinian philosophy, focusing on deep disagreements, hinge epistemology, and moral expressivism. He co-founded the Young Network for Wittgensteinian Philosophy and collaborates on projects like the Synthese Topical Collection on Wittgenstein and moral deep disagreements.

His work addresses intersections between epistemic/linguistic injustice and scientific/moral progress, with publications in The Philosophical Quarterly, Journal of the American Philosophical Association, and Synthese.
