Jordan Williams is a Part-Time Lecturer of Trombone at the University of West Georgia's School of Visual and Performing Arts. He holds a Master of Music in Trombone Performance (2017) and a Graduate Certificate in Music Theory from the University of North Texas, along with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Jacksonville State University (2014).

Williams' research and professional work spans trombone pedagogy, jazz composition, and music theory. His performance experience includes collaborations with ensembles such as the Dallas Jazz Orchestra, Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps, and Jacksonville State University's Jazz Ensemble I, which received a Downbeat Student Music Award during his tenure.

Currently based in Oxford, Alabama, Williams maintains private studios in Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama while teaching applied trombone courses (MUSC-2600N and MUSC-4600N) for the University of West Georgia. He remains actively involved with the International Trombone Association.
