Jordan Allers is a Senior Lecturer in Teacher Education and Professional Learning at the School of Education & Social Policy, Cardiff Metropolitan University. He serves as Programme Director for the BA (Hons) Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and its Welsh-language equivalent, BA (Anrh) Addysg Gynradd gyda SAC. Allers teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate teacher training programs and co-leads coaching and mentoring initiatives within the Cardiff Partnership, delivering professional learning for mentors, senior mentors, and university tutors.
