Jonine Bernstein

Jonine Bernstein is a Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine's Graduate School of Medical Sciences in the Department of Population Health Sciences. She leads the WECARE Study (Women’s Environmental Cancer and Radiation Epidemiology) and co-leads the MSK Population Sciences Research Program.

Research Interests: Genetic and molecular epidemiology of breast cancer and gliomas, with focus on DNA repair pathways, radiation-induced carcinogenesis, and biomarker development. She investigates gene-environment interactions in cancer risk and progression.
