Jonatan Schytzer is a Senior Lecturer in Civil Law at the Department of Law, Uppsala University. He earned his Doctor of Law degree in 2021 and has been recognized as Teacher of the Year (2021). His primary affiliation is with Uppsala University, where he conducts research on insolvency law frameworks and corporate restructuring mechanisms.
