Jonas Asklund is a Senior Lecturer in Literature Studies at the Department of Primary Teacher Education, Faculty of Education, Kristianstad University. His work focuses on integrating literary analysis with pedagogical practices, particularly in multilingual and emotionally engaged contexts.

Research Interests:
Jonas explores how literature fosters emotional development and relational agency in multilingual classrooms. His recent projects include analyzing fiction's role in science education and the portrayal of democracy in Swedish children's crime fiction.
